Blacksof is an experience design studio established 4 years back catering services in the fields of Communication Design, UI/UX Design, and 2D. The ethos of the studio lies in solving problems through design.
We follow a comprehensive process that encompasses market research, consulting the stakeholders, designing collaterals, and drafting a strategic execution plan. More often than not we find ourselves giving strategic inputs about the client's product, pricing, positioning, and growth plan to them. These are a few elements that become our differentiators.
Job Description:
1. Study design briefs and determine requirements
2. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
3. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
4. Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
5. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
6. Work with copywriters, account manager, and creative director to produce the final design
7. Amend designs after feedback
8. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Good to have:
1. Proven graphic designing experience
2. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
3. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as AI, Photoshop, Coral Draw, etc.)
4. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
5. Communication skills
6. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
7. Degree in Design or related field.
